PrizePicks 3-Leg ‘Power’ Play In NFL Week 12 – OutKick

Let’s get more skin in the game for the NFL Week 12 card by heading over to PrizePicks for Daily Fantasy Sports (DFS). My 3-legged “power” game includes highlights from Sunday Night Football, a rematch of last year’s thrilling Falcons-Commanders game, and a conference battle between Raiders-Seahawks.

Instead of building a standard DFS line with PrizePicks, you collect 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 player entries. At PrizePicks, you compete with PrizePicks predictions, not other people.

Even sports bettors can enjoy PrizePicks because their “Flex” or “Power” games are similar to betting on player props. Choose whether the player will get “more” or “less” of the selected stat.

All the choices must be correct to win the Power game. The Flex game allows you to skip a selection and still win, but there is a minimum of 3 players per Flex entry.

PrizePicks Play #1: Green Bay Packers RB Aaron Jones ‘Over’ 57.5 Rushing Yards

I expect a repeat performance from Jones in Week 12 when the Packers hit the road. City of brotherly love for a Sunday Night Football game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Jones goes from playing the best defense in the NFL by rushing yards allowed in Week 11 (Tennessee Titans) to the worst in Philly. Jones is ninth in yards per rush (5.4) and eighth in total rushing yards (778).

It would make strategic sense for the Packers to try to keep the Eagles’ prolific offense off the field by playing the running game. Green Bay already has the second-slowest neutral position in the NFL, so the Packers are used to getting air off the ball.

With that in mind, Jones has at least 10 carries in six games this season and has rushed for at least 63 yards in five of those contests.

Game #2: Washington Commanders WR Terry McLaurin ‘overwhelms’ 60.5 receiving yards

The Chiefs host the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday at FedExField at 1 p.m. ET, and the teams met last year.

Washington defeated Atlanta in a 34-30 thriller and two commanding QBs Taylor Heinicke and McLaurin lit up the Falcons. Heinicke targeted McLaurin 13 times. McLaurin caught six of those balls for 123 yards and 2 TDs.

For whatever reason, Heinicke views McLaurin as a No. 1 WR, while former Washington QB Carson Wentz did not.

Since Heinicke makes his first start in Week 7 of 2022, McLaurin is averaging 85.0 receiving yards per game. McLaurin had at least 73 receiving yards in three of the five games.

Game #3: Las Vegas Raiders RB Josh Jacobs ‘under’ 83.5 rushing yards

It kills me to write this because I have Jacobs on my fantasy team and I need him to come out against the Seattle Seahawks. But I don’t see it happening.

According to Pro Football Focus, Las Vegas’ offensive line has the worst run-stopping inconsistency in Week 12. Additionally, Seattle’s defense has the fifth-best rushing success rate allowed.

Also, 83.5 rush is a high indicator. Legal US sportsbooks list Jacobs’ yardage as 81.5, so we get the Under for PrizePicks projection value. Jacobs has rushed for 78 or fewer yards in six of his 10 games this season, including three of his last four.

Finally, the Raiders recently sent two of their best offensive linemen to IR: TE Darren Waller and WR Hunter Renfrow. It will be easier for Seahawks coach Pete Carroll to shift the defense’s attention to stopping Jacobs.
